We can see that the current Data Collector who is currently Energyassets are not sending across the current meter readings to N3rgy. I can see that the supplier has recently changed from TE who Energyassets would have been provisioning the data for.
To continue seeing data for this mpan, can you review further with the current supplier to liaise with the data collector to set-up the provisioning of the data, and to then send this across to N3rgy.
Once this has been set-up between the supplier and data collector this should enable the readings to be available in N3rgy.
