AMR Meters Import Process

Every morning, the last 7 days of data from all meters is transferred into N3rgy.  Any missing reads will not come across, hence be absent from the systems.

N3rgy will never provide estimated data to fill in the gaps for missing reads - this is an active choice we have always followed.

If missing reads come back to us within 7days from when they were recorded by the meter, they will be output in the file as per normal on the day they come in.

If a read is collected that is >7 days old, we have a catchup process (that runs as part of the daily exports) to ensure any data the meter recorded in the last 3months, but has only come in today is also included.

This is to be sure we don't miss any data from Long-term offline meters when they start connecting.
