Consumer Portal signup is Closed from the 1st October 2024

Due to regulatory reasons, we closed sign up for the Consumer Portal from the 1st October 2024.


We are working to reopen the Consumer Portal with focus in ensuring full control to consumers who have given consents to organisations to access their half-hourly energy data via n3rgy services. 


If you are a consumer who had signed up to the n3rgy Consumer Portal before the closure and able to login, you can continue to use the Consumer Portal. However, please note that when we reopen the Consumer Portal, you will only be able to continue to use it if you have an active consent with one of our Business Customers.


If you are a consumer who had signed up to the n3rgy Consumer Portal before the closure and have not be able to login, please email support@n3rgy.com


If you are a consumer who wants to sign up for the Consumer Portal, but found the signup closed, be aware that we will be reopening the Consumer Portal soon. However, note that you will only be able to access  the Consumer Portal if you have an active consent with any of our Business Customers.
