Organisations use n3rgy services to facilitate access to energy data. Our services encapsulate the management of strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law and the Smart Energy Code (SEC), where applicable.
As part of our services to our business customers, via our Consumer Portal, we provide free service to consumers to download their own data and withdraw consents they have given to our business customers, if they wish to do so. This reflects our commitment to ensure consumers full control over their data.
Note that we can only provide this service to consumers who have given consent to one of our business customers. We are in dialog with our business customers to gather their authorisation to share their names and details here. Please refer to the list at the end of this document.
If you can no longer access our Consumer Portal, but you believe you do already have active consent with any of our n3rgy customers, please raise a query to the support team at support@n3rgy.com with subject "Login to n3rgy Customer Portal", including the following details:
- MPxN
- Organisation you have given consent to access your half-hourly data
